These two articles on <strong>metadata<\/strong> are not about DAM but there\u2019s many parallels: Michael Andrews \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/storyneedle.com\/your-content-needs-a-metadata-strategy\/\">Your content needs a metadata strategy<\/a>, and Kevin Parker \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmswire.com\/digital-experience\/how-information-architecture-improves-customer-experience\/\">How Information Architecture improves customer experience<\/a>.
