[\u2026] What&#8217;s interesting is the number of commercial products based on Solr and it&#8217;s underlying platform, Lucene.<\/p>\n<p>Years ago, commercial search software was the &#8217;safe choice&#8216;. Now I think things have changed: open source search is the safe choice for companies where search is mission.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I fully agree.
